Violeta Seretan

Violeta Seretan has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 as an Ingestion specialist at Kno, Inc. From 2012 to 2015, they joined Intel Corporation and worked as a Content Operations Specialist and later as an IT Support Technician. In this role, Seretan provided support through various channels, tested applications on different platforms, resolved customer queries, and collaborated with cross-functional teams. Due to their outstanding performance, they were promoted to Team Lead in September 2013. In 2015, they joined ArtSoft Consult as a Support and QA Engineer.

Violeta Seretan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Universitatea "Babeș-Bolyai" din Cluj-Napoca, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. After completing their undergraduate degree, they pursued further education at Babes-Bolyai University, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration in Cluj Napoca. Violeta obtained a Master's degree in Strategy and Marketing from this institution, studying from 2011 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Violeta Seretan has obtained various certifications. In December 2016, they became an ISTQB Certified Tester at the Foundation Level from SEETB. Violeta also completed the "Foundations of Programming: Software Quality Assurance" course from lynda.com in August 2015. In July 2015, they obtained certification in "SQL Essential Training" and in June 2015, they obtained certification in "HTML Essential Training" from lynda.com. Violeta Seretan also holds a First Aid Certificate from Red Cross obtained in May 2015. In October 2015, they completed the "JavaScript Essential Training" course from lynda.com.
