Sarika Chavan Gore

Sarika Chavan Gore currently serves as the Head of HR at Artson Engineering Limited since August 2024, following a role as Head of HR at RR Kabel Limited from April 2023 to August 2024. Prior experience includes positions at Vector Green Energy Private Limited, where Sarika held the titles of General Manager and Head of HR as well as Deputy General Manager and Head of HR from September 2018 to April 2023. Previously, Sarika worked as an HR Business Partner at Pentair Thermal Management from February 2015 to September 2018, starting as Assistant Manager HR for the Mumbai location and handling various HR operations.
