Lucas Koski

Lucas Koski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in arts-based real estate and community engagement. Currently serving as Vice President at Artspace Projects, Inc. since March 2015, Lucas oversees a diverse portfolio across Minnesota, Texas, and Colorado, focusing on physical, financial, compliance, and community aspects. Additionally, Lucas provides consulting services to non-profit arts organizations to enhance their spatial needs. Previously, Lucas held leadership roles at Lawn Art Fund and Bedlam Theatre, contributing significantly to community art initiatives and venue management. With a background in event planning and operations, complemented by a B.A. in American Studies from Carleton College and additional qualifications in community development and real estate, Lucas is dedicated to fostering creative placemaking and enhancing public art accessibility.
