Adelle Mantle has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Adelle currently works as a Strategic Systems Support Administrator at ArtsQuest, starting in April 2021. Prior to this, Adelle worked for Historic Bethlehem Museums & Sites, where they held multiple positions. From December 2017 to April 2021, they served as a Database Manager, overseeing data integrity and staff training on CRM systems and platforms. Adelle was responsible for maintaining accurate records and analyzing campaign performances and donor contributions using queries, reports, and Excel. Adelle also designed reports and dashboards using data visualization techniques and advanced formulas. Before their Database Manager role, they worked as a Marketing Coordinator from June 2016 to December 2017. In this role, they implemented targeted marketing strategies, created engaging content for social media and email campaigns, and managed social media, website, and SEO content. Adelle also has experience as an Administrative Assistant and Volunteer/Guest Blogger during their time at Historic Bethlehem Museums & Sites.

Prior to their work at Historic Bethlehem Museums & Sites, Adelle was an Intern at Sing Out Magazine from January 2011 to May 2011. Their responsibilities included communication with publicists and record labels, as well as cataloging and writing blurbs for CDs, DVDs, and book submissions. Adelle also gained experience at Moravian College from August 2009 to May 2011.

Additionally, Adelle worked as an Intern at the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce from October 2010 to December 2010. In this role, they wrote press releases for upcoming events and edited pieces for the GLVCC member news.

Adelle Mantle attended Moravian University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English and French.
