Emma Scharfenberger Off

Emma Scharfenberger Off is the Chief Executive Officer and President at CincyTech and serves as a Partner. In addition, Emma holds board member positions at Eyas Medical Imaging, Clarigent Health, IncludeHealth, Hive Networks, and ArtsWave. Emma is also a member of the Investment Committee at Bearcat Ventures and serves as a board member for the Cincinnati Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth. Previously, Emma co-chaired the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee and was a partner at Thompson Hine LLP, and worked as an attorney at Graydon Head & Ritchey. Emma holds a J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of Kentucky.
