The Governance and Oversight team at ArtsWave Health Insurance Alliance is responsible for ensuring the organization's compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, while also providing strategic guidance and oversight. This team, composed of trustees and committee members, evaluates operational performance, oversees financial integrity, and establishes policies that promote transparent and effective governance, ultimately supporting the mission of advancing arts initiatives in Greater Cincinnati.
