Dustyn Kim

Dustyn Kim is the Chief Revenue Officer at Artsy, a position they have held since November of 2017.

Previously, Ms. Kim served as the Vice President of Specialized Legal Markets at LexisNexis from January 2011 to November 2017. In this role, Ms. Kim was responsible for the development of market segment strategies and the formulation of associated budgets and operating plans. Dustyn also led a 500-member team in sales, marketing, segment planning, and strategy execution, working closely with global product development and operations groups. Under Ms. Kim's leadership, the Specialized Legal Markets segment saw accelerated flat revenue growth through double-digit new business growth and improved cancel rates to historic lows. In addition, Ms. Kim generated 5 percentage points of direct margin improvement through revenue growth and targeted expense reduction. Finally, Ms. Kim's leadership efforts led to a 19-point improvement in employee satisfaction scores.

Prior to their role at LexisNexis, Ms. Kim served as the Senior Director of Strategy & Corporate Development at Fitch Group, Inc. from January 2008 to December 2010.

Dustyn Kim has earned an MBA from The Wharton School in the field of Strategic Management. Prior to that, Dustyn Kim completed a BA at Denison University in English and Economics.
