Ayerim M. is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the tourism and hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Partnership Marketing Manager at the Aruba Tourism Authority since January 2013, Ayerim is responsible for strategizing and executing over twenty-five cooperative marketing programs for both B2B and B2C markets. Previous roles include Marketing Manager North America and Business Development Manager Northeast, showcasing a strong background in developing regional marketing initiatives and partnerships. Ayerim also founded HAMAK Hospitality Solutions in January 2025, providing exclusive tourism consulting and destination services. Other significant experience includes managing destination services at Red Sail Sports Aruba and coordinating events for the Aruba Hotel and Tourism Association. Ayerim holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality & Tourism Management from the University of Aruba and has various certifications in hospitality and training.
