Sanju Luidens has a extensive work experience in the tourism industry. Sanju began their career in 1994 as a Tourism Liaison for the Government of Aruba, where they worked until 1995. Sanju then joined the Aruba Tourism Authority in 1996 as a Marketing Director, a position they held until 2001. From 2002 to 2006, they ran their own business as the Owner of Charanga. After that, they worked as a Marketing Director for AHATA from 2006 to 2009. In 2010, they served as a Senior Tourism Advisor for the Government of Aruba. Finally, in 2011, they became the Chief Marketing Officer for the Aruba Tourism Authority.
Sanju Luidens completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Wheaton College Massachusetts from 1985 to 1989. Sanju later pursued an MBA in Finance from the University of Miami Herbert Business School from 1991 to 1993.
