Aaron Piggott is a Behaviour Support Practitioner currently employed at Aruma. After completing a Diploma of Nursing in 2022, they began their career as a new graduate in behaviour support at Everyday Independence. Prior to this, Aaron gained valuable experience as a Support Worker at Sunnyfield Disability Services, where they worked with clients with complex behaviours. They also worked at McDonald's for two years, eventually rising to the role of Shift Manager, where they honed their leadership and problem-solving skills.
