Ailsa Haennel

Ailsa Haennel currently holds the position of Assistant PBS Practitioner at Positive Support Group since November 2023. Prior to this role, Ailsa served as the Disability, Inclusion, & Welfare Coordinator at Applied Business Academy from September 2023 to November 2023 and worked as a 1:1 ABA Tutor at All Behaviour Consultancy from October 2022 to September 2023. Earlier roles include Behaviour Support Worker at Hopewell Children's Homes and Staff Development Program Coordinator at YMCA of Simcoe/Muskoka. Ailsa began the professional journey as a Placement Student at A Balanced Approach Waterloo. Ailsa earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Behaviour & Autism/Behavioural Science from McMaster University and a Graduate Certificate in Autism & Behavioural Science from Mohawk College, both completed in April 2022.
