Megan Kelly has extensive experience in payroll management and system improvements, currently serving as Payroll Manager at Aruma since July 2019. Prior to this role, Megan was Payroll Team Lead at Sunnyfield from May 2012 to June 2019. Earlier in their career at Westpac, Megan held various positions including Manager of Strategy & Improvement, where responsibilities included identifying process improvements for payroll systems and managing system enhancements, and Business Manager to the General Manager of Employee Shared Services, overseeing a financial budget of approximately $25 million. Additionally, as a Senior Business Analyst at Westpac, Megan was involved in analyzing and implementing changes to payroll and HR systems, coordinating testing for system upgrades, and facilitating key payroll projects.
