Pawan Baniya

Pawan Baniya is an experienced Service Desk Analyst currently employed at Aruma since February 2022, previously holding the position of Service Desk Technician. Prior experience includes a role in Information Technology Help Desk at EduHub from July 2019 to September 2020, where Pawan responded to client requests and resolved various infrastructure issues. Earlier work experience as a Sales Assistant at Ycc Poultry from June 2018 to July 2019 provided foundational knowledge of the Australian market. Pawan is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at Kent Institute Australia, following an Advanced diploma in Information Technology from AIBTGlobal, and has completed a High school Degree in Physical Sciences from Angel’s Heart.
