Rick Irvine is a senior learning and capability leader with extensive experience in strategy, leadership development, and organizational culture. Currently serving as General Manager of Learning and Capability at Aruma, Rick leads initiatives to enhance leadership capability and improve staff engagement and retention. Rick has previously held roles as a Senior Consultant at Human Resources for Real Estate and as a Human Resources Manager at Southern Cross Support Services. With a strong background in compliance and HR across diverse industries, Rick is passionate about using data and systems to strengthen compliance functions. Rick also holds a Diploma of Human Resource Management from TAFE Queensland Brisbane and is pursuing a Certificate IV in Compliance and Risk at the GRC Institute.
