Tracey Prior

Tracey Prior is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the disability services sector, currently serving as the System & Solutions Lead at Aruma since October 2015. In this role, Tracey collaborates with key stakeholders to identify business needs, customer insights, and the competitive landscape, facilitating the design and implementation of systems and processes to meet Aruma’s objectives. Tracey previously held various leadership positions at House with No Steps from June 1995 to October 2015, including Regional General Manager for Western NSW, where responsibilities included overseeing services and support for individuals with disabilities. Tracey Prior holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the University of New England and completed education at Forbes High School.
