I'm Arun, I’m a medically-trained doctor and qualified personal trainer based in Singapore.

I have Medicine MBBS and Biomedical Science BSc (Hons) degrees from King's College London (14th in world rankings for both).

I also have a United Kingdom Level 3 qualification in fitness training.

I specialise in safe and sustainable weight loss for men through evidence-backed methods. I achieve this both online for clients worldwide and in person for clients in Singapore.

Sub-optimal health can destroy our productivity, leadership, critical thinking, appearance, confidence, energy levels and libido.

Using several years of professional training in health, fitness and medicine I help clients reverse these negative side effects.

Common goals include weight loss, muscle growth, gaining strength, feeling less tired and improving confidence.

I accomplish this by holding clients accountable for their fitness, nutrition, and wellness goals using evidence-based lifestyle changes, nutrition strategies, and workouts.

I want you to live more quality years doing the things that matter with the people you love.
