Tirza R. has been serving in operational support and sourcing data support roles at Aruna since July 2022. Previously, Tirza worked as a surveyor at Yayasan TERANGI from September 2021 to July 2022, where multiple surveyor positions were held. Tirza holds a Bachelor's degree in Marine Sciences from UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya, completed in February 2022, and participated in the JST Sakura Science Plan Exchange Program Online at Hiroshima University in December 2021, focusing on marine biology.
