Charlie Wagner brings extensive experience in the banking industry, having held key leadership roles for nearly four decades. Currently serving as the Manager of Residential Lending at Arundel Federal Savings Bank since August 2014, Charlie oversees all aspects of residential lending. Previously, Charlie was the Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer at Slavie Federal Savings Bank from June 1976 to May 2014, managing various lending operations. Charlie also has a long tenure as a senior executive at a small community bank, where a position was unavailable following its acquisition in May 2014. Charlie holds a Certified Community Banker designation from the Institute of Financial Education and a high school diploma from Patterson High School.
