Yoav Millet

Managing Partner Investment Banking at Halliday Financial Group Yoav Millet is the Managing Partner of Halliday Financial Investment Banking and Tech Valley Partners fund serving growth-stage companies in the Capital Region and the “Tech Valley” of New York State.

Yoav has over 25 years of professional experience and over 12 years of direct private equity experience with a focus on identifying and monetizing value from IP assets in broad spectrum of industry sectors. Prior to joining Halliday Financial, Yoav served as the CFO at Kaltura and DoubleVerify, COO & CFO at On-Net Surveillance Systems and a Senior Managing Director of a private equity firm focused on IP royalty interests finance.

Previously Yoav served as a Managing Director for Juno Investments, a buyout fund focused on special situations investments.
