Ameya Soparkar

Ameya Soparkar, MBA, currently serves as the Data Center Leader at Arup since December 2024. Previously, Ameya held the position of Market Leader for Mission Critical at Affiliated Engineers, Inc. from October 2022 to November 2024. Prior experience includes directing Data Center Facility Infrastructure Engineering at Rittal from October 2018 to August 2022, overseeing business P&L and engineering while supporting various departments. Ameya also worked at HPE Data Center Facilities Consulting for over a decade in various roles, culminating as Global Engineering Lead and Program Manager for Modular Data Centers, where responsibilities included leading large-scale design projects and establishing an Engineering Center of Excellence. Early career experience includes serving as an Applications Engineer at REHAU Inc. Ameya holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
