Andreas Avril is an experienced professional in the infrastructure sector, currently serving as Associate Director in Advisory Services at Arup since March 2016, specializing in Technical Due Diligence and PPP Advisory with a strong focus on investment optimization and comprehensive bid development strategies. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Infrastructure at Bilfinger Project Investments GmbH, where responsibilities encompassed asset management and bid development for P3 traffic infrastructure projects, and earlier roles as Executive at John Laing and Project Manager at multiple firms, including Bovis Lend Lease and Walter Bau AG. Andreas holds multiple Master’s degrees in European Construction Management and a degree in Civil Engineering from Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences, complemented by an Executive Education at Imperial Business School.
