Chriswini Tanaka is a geotechnical engineer currently serving as the Major Projects Sub-Team Lead at Arup and as Treasurer for GeoSS for 2023/2024. A passionate advocate for sustainable engineering, Chriswini has previously held leadership roles as Chairperson of SYGeoSS from 2021 to 2022 and as a Young Member Presidential Group National Society Liaison for ISSMGE between 2020 and 2022. Chriswini earned a Master's Degree in Geotechnical Engineering and a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from the National University of Singapore, and has extensive experience in geotechnical engineering through positions at Arup and Surbana International Consultants.
