Helen Worrall

Helen Worrall is an accomplished professional in leadership learning and development with over a decade of experience at Arup, where roles have included Global Head of Leadership Learning, Associate Director, and Learning & Development Manager for UKMEA. Prior to this, Worrall was the Leadership and Development Manager at Cheshire Constabulary and worked as a Training Consultant at Arvato Services. Worrall holds a Master's degree in Occupational Psychology from Liverpool John Moores University and a Bachelor's degree in Educational Psychology from Cardiff University.
