Rebecca Kinahan

Rebecca Kinahan is an Associate Director at Arup, leading the UKIMEA learning and organizational development team, with a focus on enhancing leadership and management capabilities, client relationship skills, and high-performing teams. Since December 2021, Rebecca has successfully guided a team of learning practitioners and programme managers in delivering impactful learning solutions and facilitating region-wide culture dialogues. Prior to Arup, Rebecca held various roles at Kearney, including Senior Manager and Manager in Global Learning and Talent Development, where responsibilities included shaping the learning and development strategy during a transformative period. Additional experience includes senior programme roles at London Business School, marketing and engagement at Blind in Business, and an internship at Fujitsu. Rebecca holds an MBA from The Open University and a Bachelor's degree in Politics from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
