Holly Brink

Holly Brink is a Senior Energy Consultant at Arup, where responsibilities include supporting the Sustainability, Energy, and Building Services groups in developing sustainable built environments through energy modeling, sustainability assessments, and policy analysis. Previously, at Rivian as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, Holly created energy models and contributed to decarbonizing operations to meet climate goals. Experience also includes roles as an Energy Engineer at Glumac, a Senior Engineer at Arup, and a Design Engineer at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff. Holly has taught building systems at the Academy of Art University and started as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at HDR. Holly holds a Master's degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
