Julia Südhölter

Julia S. is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in sustainability, education, and community engagement. As the Founder and Host of Impact Journey Podcast since 2019, Julia has developed a platform focused on meaningful dialogues. Julia currently serves as a Convergent Facilitator for the Nonviolent Global Liberation Apprenticeship Program and Learning Community, and is also a member of the Democracy & Belonging Forum at the Othering & Belonging Institute at UC Berkeley. With experience as a Board Member for Action Against Hunger USA and the Global Head of Sustainability Education & Engagement at Arcadis, Julia has demonstrated a commitment to driving impactful change. Additional roles include Partner at Fortitude and Strategy Officer at NATIVA, backed by a robust academic foundation in Urban Studies and Psychology from Stanford University, along with further studies at institutions such as MIT and Emory University.
