Kaitlin Shilling is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in resilience, adaptation, and social impact, currently serving as the Global Resilience & Adaptation Lead and Associate Principal for International Development at Arup. Since April 2018, Kaitlin has been at the forefront of the Climate & Sustainability Portfolio, driving initiatives to enhance resilience in projects. Previous roles include Director at PLUS, where strategic development of a blended accelerator for social entrepreneurs took place, and Consultant at The World Bank, managing the Small & Medium Enterprise Policy Reform Project. Kaitlin's expertise is supported by a Ph.D. from Stanford University focused on Climate and Conflict, as well as additional advanced schooling in economics and urban resilience from prestigious institutions such as Wellesley College and MIT Sloan School of Management.
