Lisa Schoenhaus

Lisa Schoenhaus is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in benefits management and wellbeing initiatives. Currently serving as Benefits & Wellbeing Manager at Arup since September 2016, Lisa oversees Health & Welfare benefits, retirement programs, and compliance with government-mandated programs in the US and Canada. Previous roles include Benefits & HR Operations Coordinator at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, and Benefits & Compensation Manager at Bowne & Co., Inc. Lisa began a career in benefits administration at Estee Lauder Companies, Inc., following an early role at Young & Rubicam, Inc. Academically, Lisa holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from The New School and a Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Studies from Syracuse University.
