Griffin Reynolds

Griffin Reynolds, CHES, CWWS, currently serves as Wellbeing Benefits Manager at Koch HR Solutions since February 2025 and as Wellbeing Program Manager at Koch Industries since July 2018. In these roles, Griffin leads the wellbeing strategy affecting 65,000 US employees and their families, focusing on personal health and wellbeing ownership. Previously, from April 2012 to July 2018, Griffin was the Wellness and Outreach Manager at Tanner Health System, implementing comprehensive wellness programs to reduce healthcare costs and enhance workforce productivity. Griffin also held the position of Wellness Coordinator at Tanner Health System, promoting innovative corporate wellness initiatives. Griffin holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion and Behavior from The University of Georgia.
