Paula Kirk

Paula Kirk is a seasoned leader in climate and sustainability, currently serving as Director, Business and Markets Leader - Europe, and Director, Global Leader Climate and Sustainability at Arup since July 2007. Kirk has been pivotal in advancing Arup's climate and sustainability services on a global scale, while also spearheading a new team in Ireland focused on decarbonisation efforts. As a former Associate Director, Kirk managed the Cities, Energy and Climate Change team, collaborating with cities worldwide through a partnership with the C40 Climate Leadership Group. Prior experience includes managing key energy initiatives for the Mayor of London at the Greater London Authority and serving as Senior Renewables Officer at Carbon Descent. Kirk holds an MSc in Energy and Sustainable Development from De Montfort University and a BSc in Environmental Science from Ulster University.
