Prof Ir Sam Chow

Prof Ir Sam MS Chow is an accomplished Arup Fellow and Director of Consulting, specializing in strategic transport. They have served as a strategy consultant for Zhuhai City Traffic Planning and are the current President of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in Hong Kong for the term 2024-2026. With extensive experience in consulting roles at firms such as Booz Allen Hamilton and Wilbur Smith Associates, they also hold an adjunct professor position at the University of Hong Kong. Chow's education includes degrees from Monash University, the University of Ottawa, and a recent Master’s programme at the University of Cambridge.
