Mike is a Managing Director at Ferguson Partners, leading the North American Management Consulting and Leadership Consulting Business Units.

Mike has always been drawn to professional services and to helping clients solve their biggest challenges while supporting their organizational and individual goals.

Most recently, Mike served as Vice President & Principal at BTS Consulting, where he led global client relationships, growth accountabilities, and innovation efforts. He helped define the future of organizations, align leadership to strategy, and support clients in realizing over $200M in business impact. Mike also served as a pro-bono consultant for a global non-profit, identifying opportunities to expand its impact in the healthcare system in Sierra Leone.
