Sarah Rosen

Sarah Rosen has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Arup since February 2007. In this role, Sarah has held various positions, including Talent Management & HR Operations Leader for the Americas, Senior HR Business Partner, and People Operations & Reward Leader for the Americas. Prior to Arup, Sarah served as HR Director at Belcorp from March 2006 to February 2007 and held the position of HR Manager at SmithGroup from 2000 to 2006. Sarah holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor's Degree in Music from California State University, Stanislaus.
