Sarah Tooms has a diverse background in environmental consulting and technical administration. Beginning as a waitress at George & Dragon from October 2015 to August 2017, Sarah then served as a Student Ambassador at the University of Plymouth from September 2017 to May 2018. After a brief stint at SOYL in various technical roles in August and September 2018, Sarah joined Arup in September 2021 as a Graduate Environmental Consultant specializing in Water Science. Academically, Sarah earned a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences with First-Class honors from the University of Plymouth between 2017 and 2020, followed by a Master's degree in Water Science, Policy, and Management from the University of Oxford in 2021.
