Xena Petkanas

Xena Petkanas is a Senior Lighting Designer at Arup, where a professional career began in June 2018, following a Lighting Design Internship at the same company in 2017 and another internship at Cline Bettridge Bernstein Lighting Design Inc. in 2016. Xena serves as faculty for the Daylighting Studio at Parsons School of Design - The New School since January 2023 and previously held the position of Adjunct Faculty at the same institution in early 2020. Educational qualifications include a Master of Fine Arts in Lighting Design/Interior Design from Parsons School of Design and a Bachelor's degree in Theatrical Lighting Design from American University.
