John Jacobsen

John Jacobsen has worked as a Senior Lighting Designer and Technical Coordinator at Schuler Shook since June 2008. Additionally, John has been a Freelance Lighting Designer for their own company, Jacobsen Lighting, since 2001. John is also a Resident Lighting Designer for The Plagiarists, an artistic ensemble, where John creates new theatre by drawing inspiration from various sources. John has experience as an Archives Assistant at Penn State University, where John worked with theatre lighting control systems. John has also worked as a Master Electrician at various theatre companies and universities, showcasing their expertise in lighting design and technical skills. John holds a BFA in Theatre Design & Technology from Penn State University.
