Jennifer Rockwood

Jennifer Rockwood, CSP-SM, CSP-PO, PMP, has extensive experience in agile project management and team leadership. Currently serving as IT Agile Team Leader III at ARUP Laboratories since 2013, Jennifer has significantly increased team software deployment rates by 650% and developed an innovative framework for conducting retrospectives. Previously, as a Project Specialist II, Jennifer fulfilled the product owner role on three agile teams, managing the product backlog and prioritizing user stories. Prior roles included Content Producer at Middlebury Interactive Languages and Content Editor and Quality Assurance Specialist at powerspeaK12, where Jennifer adapted instructional materials and ensured quality in course creation. Earlier career experiences include training roles at Olive Garden and specialized management training at Walt Disney World. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from Utah Valley University, along with significant study abroad experiences in archaeology, geology, and language.
