Matthew Decarlo

Matthew DeCarlo has a diverse work experience starting as a Management Intern at Rush Copley Medical Center in 2012, then as a Customer Service Representative at Overstock.com in 2013. Matthew continued as an Office Coordinator at Midland Orthopedic Associates, focusing on system upgrades and patient appointment management until 2013. Matthew'stechnical career began in 2015 with an Intern Software Engineer role at Intermountain Healthcare, followed by a Software Engineer position at Premier Inc. from 2016 to 2018. At ARUP Laboratories, they held various roles such as Software Programmer, Supervisor of IT Program Management, Supervisor of IT Software Development, and is currently the Director of Pre and Post Analytic IT since 2023. Additionally, they also worked as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Utah from 2020 to 2022.

Matthew DeCarlo earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Utah in 2016. Matthew furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Science in Information Systems and a Graduate Certificate in Business Analytics from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business in 2020. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance.
