Matthew Pruss

Matthew Pruss, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at ARUP Laboratories since March 2019, Matthew previously held significant roles including Director of Human Resources at Komatsu Equipment Company and HR Manager at Musicians Friend. Notable accomplishments include managing HR teams, leading hiring initiatives that resulted in the recruitment of over 230 employees in a six-week period, developing training programs, and overseeing employee relations in various industries, including construction and manufacturing. Matthew holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Utah and a Master's degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources from Michigan State University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Florida International University.
