Shima Sanavi

Shima Sanavi has extensive experience in regulatory affairs and quality management, having worked as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist at ARUP Laboratories from November 2019 to August 2023, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. In addition, Shima served as a Tech Ops Validation Specialist, where responsibilities included writing test scripts for service line workflows. As a Solution Specialist in Quality Management System (QMS), Shima provided problem-solving expertise and mentorship within the ARUP Specimen Processing department. Shima also volunteered as a Resource Volunteer at the Maliheh Free Clinic from August 2021 to November 2021. Currently pursuing a Master's degree at The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences, Shima holds a Bachelor's degree in International Studies Global Health from the University of Utah, completed in May 2021.
