Steven Bulkley

Steven Bulkley has extensive experience in product management and systems analysis, currently serving as the CX Product Team Manager at ARUP Laboratories since September 2015. Prior to this role, Steven held the position of Senior Product Manager at Motorola Solutions, focusing on Records Management and Jail Management Systems from December 2004 to September 2015. Steven's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Systems Analyst for Provo City and Utah County Sheriff, as well as a Manager of Technical Services at DVM Manager. Steven's career began as the Assistant Director of Marketing at Hart Scientific. Steven holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
