Jay McEntire

Jay McEntire has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Jay is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Arva Intelligence, a company that develops machine learning technology for farmers. Prior to this, they were the Managing Member of Glennoe Farms, LLC, where they focused on applying technology to create sustainable farm practices.

Jay McEntire also served as Chairman of Utah Gas Corp, a diversified energy development company. Jay was the Founder of Asset Revitalization Solutions, LLC, a company that acquired and managed distressed commercial real estate assets. Before that, they were the CFO Head of Strategy at Austin Atlantic Inc, a Federal Reserve bank holding company.

In their earlier career, Jay McEntire was the CEO of Cogency Software, Inc., an accounting and risk management software provider. Jay also served as the SVP and Managing Director of ProTrader Group, a direct market access software development and electronic brokerage company. Jay was the CEO of ProTrader Group prior to its acquisition by Instinet Corporation.

In addition, Jay McEntire has experience in strategic planning, corporate development, and investor relations. Jay served as the Vice President of Strategic Planning at Parker & Parsley Petroleum Company and worked as an investment banker at Stephens Inc., primarily serving energy and financial services companies.

Jay McEntire completed a Junior Year Abroad in History at Paris Lodron Universität Salzburg from 1982 to 1983. Jay then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance at the University of Arkansas from 1980 to 1984. In 1994, Jay attended Harvard Business School for the Advanced Management Program: Innovation Strategies for Market Leaders (AMP:ISMP). No field of study is mentioned for the Harvard program.
