Tom Dye has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Tom started their career in 1990 as the CEO and Founder of Austek/Dye Technologies, where they invented and patented the first single chip 3D graphics processor for the PC. Tom then licensed the manufacturing and mask rights to Austek Micro-systems and eventually sold the company to Cirrus Logic.

Following this, they worked as the VP/Corporate Fellow at Cirrus Logic/Crystal Semiconductor from 1994 to 1997. During this time, Cirrus Logic purchased the assets of Austek, and Dye Technologies received recognition by winning the Best of Comdex award in 1993.

From 1997 to 1998, they served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Austin Ventures, where they provided expertise in due diligence, valuations, financial modeling, and business development. Austin Ventures also took the initial seed round investment in their next venture, ISI.

Starting in 1998, Tom served as the CEO and Founder of ISI, securing three funding rounds and establishing strategic partnerships with Dell, Compaq, and HP for embedded semiconductors for PC systems. Tom led the company until 2001.

In 2002, they co-founded Meetrix Inc. and served as the CEO, overseeing the successful exit of the company's SaaS technology platform to CopyTele Inc.

In 2011, Tom became a Board Director and Advisor at PERK.com, where they played a key role in raising seed funding and driving revenue growth, leading to a successful IPO exit and subsequent acquisition by RhythmOne LTD.

From 2010 to 2018, they served as the CEO and Founder of MyTurf Inc., implementing and running a SaaS-based advertising/marketing platform with over 2 million users.

Currently, Tom is the Chief Technology Officer at Arva Intelligence Inc. Tom joined the company in 2019 and has been responsible for defining, architecting, and building a machine learning-based Python web application platform for seed genetics prediction in the Agriculture Industry.

Tom Dye earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Michigan State University. The specific timeframe of their education is not provided.
