Carlos Figueira

Carlos Figueira is an experienced professional in the field of IT risk and cyber security, currently serving as the Head of IT Risk and Cyber Security at Arval BNP Paribas Group since January 2021. Prior to this role, Carlos held the position of Directeur des projets cybersécurité at BNP Paribas from April 2018 to December 2020. Carlos's career includes significant roles at Sopra Steria Infrastructure & Security Services as RSSI/CISO and as a Service Delivery Executive, and previous positions at Econocom Managed Services and Oki Europe Limited. Carlos began the professional journey as Chef de projets nouvelles activités at INGENIA - Groupe DECAN. Carlos holds an engineering degree in Artificial Intelligence from EPITA and a DESS in Artificial Intelligence from Pierre and Marie Curie University, complemented by a background in mathematics from Lycée Lavoisier.
