Dheeraj Gupta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the financial services and automotive sectors. Currently serving as Program Director for the joint venture between JLR and BNP Paribas in Germany and Austria, and as Director of Sales and Marketing for the Africa Region at BNP Paribas Personal Finance, Dheeraj has a strong track record in overseeing insurance activities and managing significant P&L responsibilities across various markets. Prior roles include managerial positions at BNP Paribas Cardif focusing on strategy and new product development, along with experience at AXA Investment Managers and Eicher Motors Limited, where contributions ranged from marketing strategies to project management and sales leadership. Dheeraj holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from HEC Paris and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology.
