Fatma Mustapha

Fatma Mustapha is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in business analysis and product ownership at Arval BNP Paribas Group since July 2018. Fatma has effectively supported user experience initiatives for credit collections through the IMX interface and has successfully identified business needs for technical teams. As an EDM Business Analyst, Fatma has defined processes for international stakeholders and contributed to the development of the Alfresco tool. Prior to joining Arval, Fatma served as a full-time consultant at Beezn, where responsibilities included designing and maintaining the LXP system. Fatma also has experience as a data analyst and engineer at various institutions, including Technical University of Braunschweig and National Engineering School of Tunis, with a strong focus on network optimization and data processing. Fatma holds a Master's degree in Information System Techniques from Technische Universität Braunschweig and an Engineering degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Tunis.
