Since January 2019, Harnam has held multiple leadership roles at Arval BNP Paribas Group, including Head of External Sales and Channel Lead for the International Business Office (IBO-UK). Previous positions include Field Operational Lead at Wolseley and various managerial roles focused on operational change and health and safety from 2005 to 2018. Harnam obtained a Master’s Degree from Aston University and a Bachelor’s Degree from Coventry University, with additional education at Warwickshire College.
