Hugo Salaun

Hugo Salaun currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer and Group ExCo Member at Arval BNP Paribas Group, where significant achievements include establishing a strategic partnership with a US-based software scale-up and sponsoring investments in sustainable mobility funds. Previously, as General Manager Mobility and Chief Marketing Digital & Product Officer, Hugo drove double-digit growth in the Mobility Business Unit across 24 countries through innovative product offerings and strategic sales plans. Hugo's background includes leadership roles at BNP Paribas, SFR, Kipak, and several industry associations, where expertise in payment strategy, mobile services, and product management was demonstrated. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Mathematics & Economics from École Polytechnique and a Master of Science in Telecommunication from Télécom Paris, among other studies.
