Jos Jansen

Jos Jansen is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the OmniChannel Program Director at Arval BNP Paribas Group, a position held since January 2016. In this role, Jos oversees a Digital Transformation initiative aimed at enhancing customer and driver experiences to drive growth in the PrivateLease and SME segments, emphasizing change management, data management, and process alignment. Previously, Jos was the IT Transition Program Director at Arval, responsible for integrating former GE IT systems into Arval's infrastructure. Prior to joining Arval, Jos held key positions at GE Capital as CIO for Germany/Benelux and IT manager, as well as serving as IT manager at General Electric from 1997 to 2010. Jos Jansen holds a degree from Saxion University of Applied Sciences and has additional education from IBW in the Netherlands.
