Lamia Bititi

Lamia Bititi is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in commercial management and team leadership. Currently serving as Directeur commercial at Arval BNP Paribas Group since March 2020, Lamia is a member of the Executive Committee and manages both external and internal sales teams as well as acquisition processes. Prior to this role, Lamia held the position of Directeur de la Succursale Casablanca BMW, MINI et motos BMW at SMEIA from December 2004 to February 2020, overseeing sales and after-sales teams comprising 150 individuals. Additional experience includes roles such as Chef du Département Organisation Processus et Qualité, Chef du Département Contrôle de Gestion, and Contrôleur de gestion at SOCIETE DES BRASSERIES DU MAROC from December 1999 to November 2004. Lamia holds an Executive MBA from Ichec Brussels Management School and has completed a DESS in Audit interne et contrôle de gestion from IAE Bordeaux, alongside a finance degree from HEM - Business & Engineering School.
